It was fairly clean and the staff were amicable and excellent, beds were good. The breakfast was rich and marvellous on plates due to rules and all the food was fabulous. The location was handy, just a pleasant stroll away from Gondol. It was across the impressive area.

There where very comfy beds and an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk inside the room. The hotel was set in a central area very close to Narvik the land of the midnight sun, and upper restaurant. The employees were really kind and nice and kept it all clean.

Their staff were very unpolite.

The room size was impressive, much bigger than the typical rooms in Norway. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main attractions, shops, and train station.- The on-site restaurant had a great ambiance and served delicious food and drinks.

The lobby and room were grubby and hadn't been properly cleaned. There was a significant film of dust everywhere, and the external window was so dirty it made it hard to see outside.

Very friendly, cheerful and willing reception and cafeteria staff. High quality breakfast, varied in both sweet and savoury, and with a sufficiently wide timetable to be able to enjoy it. WIFI fast and with quite good signal, at least in the common areas and in the room I was staying. Normal size room, and quite big bathroom, simple, but with all the necessary, well distributed and well used all the space, as they announced it in the web. Good cleanliness of the room, as well as the bathroom too. Free covered parking in the shopping center next door. Perfect if you travel by motorbike as it transmits a lot but that much security. It is not necessary to make a reservation, so if you do not know the means of transport to use, you will not be able to get there and not have a place.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. We had a discount on the bill when we complained about a very disturbing road work outside that lasted almost all night, that was a positive and professional handling of a complaint.

Very warm when we were there and windows could not be opened during night due to noice from traffic outside, E6 passes by just in front of the hotel. Windows were being replaced on some floors which also caused some mess.

had a fairly nice stay here. stayed here for 1 day, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with convenient and absolutely perfect location close to station. location: the venue was close to a shopping centre, rail stations and bus stations and the shopping mall multi storey next door. very helpful and excellent staff, provided information if needed.

The room I booked was reasonably spacious and bright with the nice view. It was in a handy and excellant location near the train station.

If you're looking to stay close to a shopping mall and transportation options, this hotel is a great choice. It's conveniently located right in the center of it all, with the mall multi storey nearby and the train station just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable, with modern bathrooms and great service from the friendly staff. And let's not forget the breakfast buffet – definitely a standout with its delicious variety of options. The only downside we noticed was that some rooms may need refreshing.

The young male receptionist was very helpful in helping us to recover some lost luggage.

No ventilation in the room, which makes the room a bit stuffy without opening the window.

Convenient location near train and bus stations, airport bus stops at hotel too. Friendly, professional staff. Tasty food at restaurant, stunning panoramic views at top floor bar. Cozy, pretty theme in lobby and bars. Bonus of having bath and shower in bathroom.

The kindness and sympathy of the staff, the position near to station and to avis office. We recomended to eat in the nearby pub/bistrot

The price was ridiculous, but maybe that is simply Norway.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress and the conference facilities were excellent. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and the staff was very helpful in organizing all the details.

I missed having a business center where I could work and print documents for my meetings.
